Senior Sales & Leasing Associate

We are currently seeking a Senior Sales & Leasing Associate to be responsible for the marketing, sale and leasing of office space for a Class A portfolio of medical office buildings located in Broward County. Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Assist with development of marketing and proposal materials
• Maintain extensive contact database
• Draft financial, statistical, narrative, and/or other reports
• Independently compose reports and correspondence
• Perform financial comparisons
• Compile financial reports
• Present properties and preparing real estate proposals
• Negotiate sales and leases and preparing contracts
• Participate in industry conferences and seminars

In order to qualify for consideration, you must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Minimum – Five years marketing commercial properties, developing and maintaining client relationships and representing tenants.
• Bachelors Degree.
• Current Florida Real Estate License.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Act.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Expertise in analyzing and negotiating new and renewal leases.
• Strong problem solving capabilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-starter with excellent follow-up skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects.
• Knowledge of the South Florida healthcare real estate market a plus.
