Project Portfolio Senior Vice President

We are currently seeking a Real Estate Project Portfolio Senior Vice President to join our team of professionals. Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Oversee and direct a portfolio of Medical/Professional Office Condominium projects.
• Act as liaison to developers and/or owners.
• Participate in formulation of overall project objectives, policies and plans appropriate to the scope of services of each specific project.
• Develop and implement strategic public relations plans and/or activities; including organizing marketing plans, brochure layout, photo shoots, mailings and grand openings with public relations firms.
• Initiate and authorize expenditures, appropriations and commitments and pricing strategies which are within the limitations of delegated authority and for those outside this level, recommend appropriate action.
• Advise Sales Associates to proactively determine priorities, timelines and targets for public relations opportunities.
• Develop policies to ensure that information requirements of each project are met accurately and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate invoicing of commissions and disposition of assets from projects.

In order to qualify for consideration, you must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Minimum – Ten years marketing commercial properties, developing and maintaining client relationships and representing tenants.
• Bachelors Degree
• Current Florida Real Estate License
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication and journalistic skills.
• High degree of professionalism.
• Ability to interact with many groups on various levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Act.
• Knowledge of the South Florida healthcare real estate market a plus.
